If an illegal is a current gang member do they only have to say they will not be a gang member and they will be granted Amnesty ?Anyone that applies for the amnesty will be “legal” after 24 hours whether a background check is received back by then or not ? Will the United States Taxpayers pay for the attorney’s that are needed for them to get their amnesty ? Will their temporary visa status it can be renewed to and “indefinite” time frame – will never expire ? And will UNITED STATES TAX PAYERS give Mexico money to help their education system so that more of their own citizens will stay in their own country ?After Amnesty will they be immediately eligible for instate tuition which currently you can’t get if you are a born citizen ?All current deportation hearings will be canceled and they will immediately receive amnesty will Taxpayers pay for the attorney’s that are needed for them to get that amnesty ? Is it true they will not have to learn English until they been here 9 years ?And last but not least are they immediately eligible for the EARNED INCOME TAX CREDIT even though they have never paid taxes in their life ?The way I see it is the only way they will win in 2012 and maybe in 2010 is if they get as many uneducated system needing voters as possible! Hence the reason they can get amnesty in 24 hours
