Im looking for a reasonable modeling agency?

i dont exactly know where to start in researching modeling agencies.im hoping to find one that is not a scam and asks for little or no money. im also hoping to find one that offers you money like a job. im 15 years old so im not looking for some extreme vogue modeling **** or watever, just something that is suitable for my age and will help me build a carrer in modeling. any suggestions on modeling agencies or on how i can get started?
