Raoul moat what would you do?

these negotiations are happening now, if u were in charge would you have shot him, lets not forget he has killed some one and shot two others, or are they doing the right thing by making him hand himself in. does any one feel any sympathy for him? the one thing i dont get is the police are saying he still has a future, well he doesnt really coz surely he will get life behind bars
