Do sperm automatically swim towards the ovary that released the egg?

Me and my husband are trying to get pregnant, but one of my ovaries were removed. Therefore, I only have one functioning ovary. Although my right ovary was removed, my doctor told me that my left ovary will pick up and ovulate normally every month by itself. So in my endeavors in trying to get pregnant, I wanted to know if all of my husband's sperm will automatically swim towards my left ovary or do they split up where some will still swim to my right side?
