Can anyone help me see the light?

During the last drive of the Houston Texans v. Kansas City Chiefs game, Brandon Flowers was called for Defensive P Interference. I just want to know how/what the ref would have seen to justify that call. Even in real time, it looked like Andre Johnson should have been the 1 flagged (if any at all was to be thrown). So help me understand why it was Flowers who ended up with the penalty?
