People that DON'T live in New York or Chicago, which is better? New York or Chicago?

I notice whenever this question is asked it's flooded with loads of biased Chicagoans and hardly any New Yorkers ever answer. So to cut all of that if you are Chicagoan or New Yorker, please do not answer. I want people that have visited both places to tell me which one they liked better. NOT people who practically lived in one of those cities their who lives. Thanks.
