What benchmarks do you need to see obama reach or?

fail to reach before you can make an honest, bi-partisan opinion of how he is doing as president? obviuosly we cannot decide until he has had some time in office but what are some of the markers you are looking for. i see him actually raising taxes across the board in less thn one year. like ghw bush and b. clinton did. any promises or goals stick out to you? thanks
