Can I order a prescription for something without seeing a doctor first?

I think I have a recurrent infection of shingles as I have a rash and the symptoms. Ive had this before about 4 years ago. I don't want to go and see a doctor but would like to get some antiviral medication that I have been prescribed previously as it will only cost �6 from the doctor but if I buy on line its �52!!! I really don't want to see the doctor i just want to ask for a repeat prescription. is this possible?
