Please help i found a letter mailed to my son?

you could contact the police and see what they have to say, how is your son able to pay for this? i have no heard of anything that would involve post, all u can do is take the pieces to the police and see what they can do but even then i am unsure they will be able to do anything, otherwise talk to your son, surely a 19year old should have more sense than this???
