Please answer seriously..?

i am on the mini pill cezeratte but dont get periods as the mini pill has stopped them i occionally get breakthrough bleeding but you cant cl that as a normal period, i spoke to the doctor bout this who said its normal side effect of the pill and nothing to worry bout. well on the 8th aug i missed a pill then kept taking them at the normal time after that and then on the 13th aug had with bf where condom split ,but it is advised you wait 7 days or use another method but what i wanted to make sure is that i wasnt pregnant so i took a test 2 weeks after it was negative i used clearblue digital then i took a test on the 11th sept which was exactly 4 weeks and two days and that came out negative so am i right in saying that it is a clear negative as by now it would have shown up??? my doctor says anything after 4 weeks testing negative after that last is safe to say its accurate result
