Help with business name?

I am looking to open a gourmet dessert bar with wine, sherry, scotch, brandy etc. I will also be serving cheese/crackers, espresso, coffee. No food-food and no soft drinks. My target audience will be 25 years +. I am looking for funky chic as it's in an artistic downtown urban community. Need something catchy- Thx!!
