Does this sound like pregnancy to you?

Well, my last period started on February 14th and ended February 19th. I did an ovulation calculator and it said I would have been ovulating on Febraury 28th, March 1st, and March 2nd. I have been having symptoms such as: sore, tingling with soreness going all the way into my arm pits, twinging in my lower abdomen, mild cramping, a 4 day back ache, sore throat, bloating, huge increase in cervical mucus, which has no color or odor, and problems sleeping. What does it sound like to you. I've took a HPT and it came back negative. I'm sure I took it too early, but do you think pregnancy is out of the question or should I definitely test again in another week or so.
