What do you think of the statement "If God is real, he must be a callous God for allowing children....?

why just stop at children? Why not include all of the hate in the world? Like Darfur??? We're supposed to think that god sits back and watched an entire country get d and murdered and does nothing about it? Some are saying that this is man's free will. What about the earthquakes and tsunamis? Is this "god's punishment"??? Really folks, come join us in reality.
