Im 15 weeks and have been feeling my baby move for a few weeks, I got sick on sunday and now feel nothing?

I had flu like symptoms on sunday, vomiting and diarhea, both severly. Ive noticed now that ive not felt the baby since then. I know that if i go to the doctor theyll tell me its too early to have felt him in the first place, but this is my third pregnancy, I know the difference between that n gas. Has this happened to anyone else?
